The concentration of the chitosan in the edible film coating liquid is 1.75 g/100 ml to 2.25 g/100 ml, the concentration of the blackberry anthocyanin in the edible film coating liquid is 0.005 g/100 ml to 0.05 g/100 ml, and the concentration of the tea polyphenol in the edible film coating liquid is 0.05 g/100 ml to 0.15 g/100 ml. Chitosan is used as a coating liquid matrix, blackberry anthocyanin and tea polyphenol are added to serve as active substances, the fresh-keeping effect of the coating liquid can be effectively improved, and meanwhile the transparency of the coating liquid is not changed, so that the sense of fresh-keeping meat is not affected.
