The present invention provides a fuel cell system that facilitates countermeasures against hydrogen leakage. An exemplary fuel cell system is provided with a case including: a first section in which a fuel cell module and a hydrogen flow path are disposed; and a second section which is adjacent to the first section and in which an auxiliary machine is disposed.
