The method comprises the steps of collecting human body point cloud data through a human body 3D scanner, generating a human body grid model, and performing multi-level feature extraction and foreground highlighting processing on the human body grid model by adopting an artificial intelligence technology based on deep learning so as to enhance feature expression of meridian points in the human body grid model, pixel-level context association fusion and semantic segmentation are carried out on the multi-level features of the human body grid model, and the human body grid model containing human body meridian point marks is generated.
