The method comprises the following steps: (1) formulating a data acquisition mode and a data verification method by adopting an optimized calculation method; (2) writing a measurement program by using a high-speed detection instrument to collect thermal error data of the machine tool screw rod in real time; (3) integrating the samples of the data acquisition, importing the maximum data of the thermal error of the machine tool and the characteristic data of the machine tool into the calculation method, and performing program null verification; (4) performing actual cutting on the workpiece designed for verifying the thermal error, performing multi-sample analysis according to real data obtained after cutting, and further modifying a calculation method; and (5) repeating the step (4), continuously modifying the calculation method, |
