The method comprises the following steps: establishing a first satellite clock error estimation model based on an ionosphere-free pseudo-range combination observation value; wherein the parameters of the first satellite clock error estimation model comprise satellite clock error and satellite hardware delay, and receiver clock error and receiver hardware delay; removing the linear correlation between the satellite clock error and the satellite hardware delay in the first satellite clock error estimation model by adopting an additional constraint condition method, removing the linear correlation between the receiver clock error and the receiver hardware delay in the first satellite clock error estimation model by adopting a parameter recombination method, and determining a second satellite clock error estimation model; and determining the satellite clock error based on the s
