Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a spectrum separation method of a target wave band, a spectrograph and a monochromator, and relates to the field of spectral analysis, and the spectrum separation method comprises the steps: generating an incident light beam which comprises a light beam of the target wave band, and the target wave band at least comprises a vacuum ultraviolet to X-ray wave band; an incident light beam is incident to a diffraction grating, an initial spectrum is obtained, and the diffraction grating has the functions of light beam focusing and light beam diffraction; and adjusting the diffraction grating, and optimizing the initial spectrum to obtain a target spectrum. According to the invention, the technical problems of complex structure and low light beam transmission efficiency of a spectrum separation mode of focusing through a concave mirror and diffracting through a plane grating in the prior art are solved.
