Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a differential detection circuit and system for a metal micro-hemispherical resonator gyro, and the circuit comprises a first-stage differential transimpedance circuit which achieves the conversion from a vibration capacitance signal to a voltage signal based on a bias voltage, and obtains a differential output signal; and the second-stage differential amplifier is used for carrying out differential amplification on the differential output signal of the first-stage differential transimpedance circuit so as to realize detection of a capacitance signal of the metal micro-hemispherical resonator gyroscope. The differential detection circuit solves the technical problem that in the prior art, noise of a differential detection circuit is large.
