Flywheel equipment leveling device and leveling method

The invention relates to a flywheel equipment leveling device and a leveling method. The leveling device comprises flywheel equipment, a chassis, an adjusting screw rod, a tilt angle sensor A, a tilt angle sensor B and an adjusting nut, a flange is arranged at the bottom of the flywheel equipment; flange holes are distributed along the circumference of the flange plate. The tilt angle sensor A is arranged on the flange plate between the adjacent flange holes; the tilt angle sensor B is arranged on the chassis; the chassis is vertically connected with the adjusting screw; the middle section of the adjusting screw is in threaded fit with an adjusting nut; each adjusting screw rod is in threaded fit with an adjusting nut; by combining data measured by the first tilt angle sensor, data measured by the second tilt angle sensor and the boundary dimension of the flange plate, the number of turns of rotation of the adjusting nut at each flange hole is calculated; and then leveling is carried out according to the calc
