The sleeve part is arranged on the transmission component in a sleeving manner; one end of the buffer shell is hermetically connected with the power source, and the other end of the buffer shell is hermetically connected with the other end of the adapter shell; and the first sealing assembly is arranged at the joint of the adapter shell and the buffer shell.
