The invention discloses a compressor drainage system for an air suspension, a control method and a vehicle, the compressor drainage system comprises a compressor, an air storage tank and a switch valve group, the compressor is provided with a piston seat cavity, an air inlet and an air outlet, and the piston seat cavity is provided with a drainage hole; the air storage tank is simultaneously connected with the air outlet and the piston seat cavity; the switch valve group is arranged between the air storage tank and the compressor and used for controlling connection and disconnection between the air storage tank and the piston seat cavity and between the air storage tank and the air outlet. The air storage tank is controlled to be communicated with the air outlet through the switch valve group, the air storage tank is inflated through the compressor, the air pressure of the air storage tank is increased to a pre-checking pressure value, the air storage tank is controlled to be communicated with the piston seat
