The method comprises the steps that the temperature of lubricating oil flowing to a supercharger, the engine rotating speed of a diesel engine and the oil inlet pressure of the supercharger are obtained, and the detected lubricating oil temperature, the detected engine rotating speed and the detected oil inlet pressure are obtained; the maximum oil inlet pressure, corresponding to the detected lubricating oil temperature and the detected engine rotating speed, of the target supercharger is obtained; and under the condition that the detected oil inlet pressure is larger than or equal to the maximum oil inlet pressure of the target supercharger and the duration of the detected oil inlet pressure larger than or equal to the maximum oil inlet pressure of the target supercharger is larger than first preset duration, a first control instruction is sent to control a control valve to be op
