Graphene is used as a base material, and mixed silane is used for polymerization to form an organic silicon oligomer to wrap the surface of graphene, so that the homogeneity with the base material is improved, and the bonding effect with flame-retardant particles is improved; secondly, through epoxy resin, under the catalytic action of a catalyst, the organosilicon oligomer is subjected to epoxidation treatment, so that the aging resistance is further improved, and the compatibility with matrix resin is enhanced. Meanwhile, graphene is used as a basic carrier, so that the flame-retardant effect can be effectively improved.
本发明属于电缆材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗老化阻燃电缆料及其制备方法。本发明通过利用石墨烯作为基体料,通过利用混合硅烷进行聚合形成有机硅低聚物对石墨烯表面进行包裹,增加与基料的相同性,以及与阻燃颗粒的结合效果;其次通过环氧树脂,在催化剂的催化作用下,对有机硅低聚物进行环氧化处理,进一步提高了耐老化性,以及增强了与基体树脂的相容性。同时利用石墨烯作为基础载体,也可以有效提高阻燃效果。 |
