The fusion proteins of the invention comprise an intracellular fragment of a low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II (Fc gamma RII) and a WW domain (WW domain) of an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase Nedd4 family member protein, and/or one or more antigens, and/or one or more transmembrane regions. The invention provides a brand-new recombinant vaccine molecular architecture which has a better capability of promoting expression and secretion of immune antigens and an effect of improving the immune level, provides a new thought and a new method for a design scheme of recombinant vaccines, and can be widely applied to the field of vaccines.
