Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an all-component recovery method of ferrophosphorus battery black powder, which comprises the following steps: physically discharging a disassembled ferrophosphorus monomer battery, separating to obtain a positive plate and a negative plate, and pyrolyzing, crushing and screening the positive plate to obtain lithium iron phosphate black powder and aluminum powder; preferentially extracting lithium from the lithium iron phosphate black powder to obtain crude lithium carbonate and ferrophosphorus slag; the ferrophosphorus slag is subjected to ferrophosphorus slag leaching, and leaching liquid and carbon slag are obtained; the leaching liquid is subjected to impurity removal, ferrophosphorus synthesis, drying and calcination in sequence, and a battery-grade iron phosphate product is obtained; the crude lithium carbonate is sequentially subjected to stirring washing, pulping, carbonization, filtration, decomposition, centrifugal separation, drying and air jet pulverization, and the battery
