Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a power system of a port flowing machine and the port flowing machine. The system comprises a multifunctional controller, a high-voltage direct-current power supply module, an axle and a driving hydraulic pump. The multifunctional controller comprises a high-voltage direct-current input end and a plurality of high-voltage alternating-current output ends, the high-voltage direct-current input end is electrically connected with the high-voltage direct-current power supply module, and a walking driving motor of the axle and a main pump driving motor of the driving hydraulic pump are electrically connected with one high-voltage alternating-current output end respectively; high-voltage alternating current is provided for a walking driving motor of an axle and a main pump driving motor of a driving hydraulic pump through a plurality of high-voltage alternating current output ends so as to control the axle and the driving hydraulic pump to operate; the multifunctional control
