The desktop type ultrasonic and aerosol microelectronic three-dimensional printing device comprises an air source, an air path system, an aerosol atomization system, a three-axis movement system, an ultrasonic atomization system, a base station system and a printing head. The gas source is communicated with the gas path system; the gas path system is respectively communicated with the aerosol atomization system and the ultrasonic atomization system; the three-axis movement system is used for driving the base station system to move in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction and used for driving the printing head to move in the Z-axis direction.
