Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to suppress access contention between an API occupying data for a relatively long time and another API during operation such as processing of an industrial machine, and to reduce the influence of the API occupying data for a relatively long time on the operation of the industrial machine. This industrial machine control device is provided with: a data storage unit that stores data for operation; a backoff storage unit that stores data that is not used for operation; and a control unit, the control unit having: an operation start detection unit that detects the start of the operation of the machining process; a data retreat unit that retreats the data stored in the data storage unit to a retreat storage unit; and an operation status acquisition unit that acquires an operation status, retreats the data to the retreat storage unit before the start of the operation of the processing process, adds access destinations to both the data storage unit and the retreat storage unit
