Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an ultra-thin glass substrate, which comprises the following steps: providing a large plate glass comprising a plurality of glass substrates to be cut, the glass to be cut comprising a bendable area and non-bendable areas located at two sides of the bendable area along a first direction; performing joint cutting treatment along the edge of the bendable area of each piece of to-be-cut glass so as to form two opposite cutting joints; carrying out double-sided thinning on the large plate glass, and carrying out edge etching treatment on the edge of the bendable area; performing laser cutting on the edge of the non-bending area of each to-be-cut glass substrate to obtain the glass substrate; carrying out chemical tempering on the cut glass substrate; and carrying out micro-etching treatment on the surface of the chemically tempered glass substrate. The invention further relates to an ultra-thin glass substrate and a display device.
