Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a nonwoven aggregate having at least one nonwoven ply, the nonwoven ply having at least one first layer and at least one second layer. The second layer is formed in the form of a nonwoven layer consisting of continuous filaments. The second layer has absorbent particles embedded in pores between filaments of the second layer. There is at least one third layer applied to the second layer in the form of a nonwoven layer made of continuous filaments or at least one second nonwoven ply applied to the second layer made of continuous filaments. The third layer or the second nonwoven ply has hydrophilicity.
