The method comprises the following steps: constructing maximum frequency deviation expressions of a transmitting-end power grid and a receiving-end power grid in different disturbance scenes, and performing equivalent linear conversion; constructing a direct-current asynchronous power grid frequency constraint optimization scheduling model which simultaneously considers the sending-end power grid and the receiving-end power grid, wherein constraint conditions of the model comprise a maximum frequency deviation expression after equivalent linear conversion; and solving the DC asynchronous power grid frequency constraint optimization scheduling model to obtain scheduling optimization results of the sending end power grid and the receiving end power grid.
