According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that current goods grid spare parts are recognized and recorded; reading an identification result through a data updating system and updating spare part data; predicting a maintenance scheme through the matching model according to the updated data; and according to a maintenance scheme prediction result, enhancing original representations of the semantic matching model and the relation matching model through a multi-view collaborative learning model, and realizing autonomous decision-making of the maintenance scheme. According to the invention, the safety of spare part storage and the convenience of warehouse-in and warehouse-out operation are improved, and a fault maintenance scheme for reference of maintainers is automatically formed, so that the first-aid repa
