The method comprises the following steps: firstly, grouping signals subjected to pulse compression, dividing pulses with the same carrier frequency into the same group, and performing RFT (Radio Frequency Transform) on the pulses in the group to realize coherent accumulation; carrying out coherent accumulation on an accumulation result between the groups; carrying out splicing dimension reduction processing on a result after inter-group coherent accumulation; and finally, the estimated speed and the HRRP of the target are obtained through detection.
