The interference decision optimization method of the cluster asymmetrical multifunctional radar comprises the following steps: setting radar working mode conversion, and constructing a transition probability graph; fI-MADQN is constructed through network design, state space design, action space design and reward function design, and an interference scheme is obtained according to current working modes of all MFRs; and evaluating the obtained interference scheme according to the average power index, the average benefit index and the interference overall index. According to the FI-MADQN architecture provided by the invention, balance can be obtained in interference efficiency and power optimization in a cluster asymmetrical electronic countermeasure environment, the convergence speed of an algorithm is high, and a bette
