The method comprises the following steps: establishing cloud aging features by using multi-dimensional feature indexes of cloud parameter variables; establishing vehicle end aging characteristics by using the multi-dimensional characteristic indexes of the vehicle end parameter variables; establishing a cloud multi-mode SOH data driving model and a vehicle end delta SOH data driving model by utilizing the aging characteristics; and based on the constructed model, vehicle-cloud collaborative SOH data driving estimation is carried out.
