The system is composed of a fragile rock-soil body freeze-thaw erosion monitoring area, a fragile rock-soil body freeze-thaw-hydraulic power composite erosion monitoring area, a fragile rock-soil body freeze-thaw-wind power composite erosion monitoring area and a fragile rock-soil body freeze-thaw-hydraulic power-wind power composite erosion monitoring area which are arranged side by side at certain intervals.
