Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel diamond wire tension calibration method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adjusting actual tension parameters of a production line; s2, measuring a main vibration frequency by using a visual module; s3, according to the line body tension data set obtained in the step S1 and the vibration frequency data set obtained in the step S2, calculating a proportional parameter of tension and vibration frequency square in each set; s4, performing weighted average on the proportional parameters of the n groups of data to obtain calibration parameters; and S5, calculating an actual tension value through the calibration parameters.
