According to the method, electron beam smelting is adopted, the content of harmful gases such as O, N and S and impurity elements in the Re-containing high-temperature alloy powder can be greatly reduced, the content of the O and N elements can be controlled within 5 ppm, and the content of the S element can be controlled within 1 ppm. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the yield of the rhenium element is greater than 99.0%, and the recycling of the rare and noble metal rhenium element is realized.
