The SNP molecular marker is located at a 402bp site of a CDS sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2, and the mutation types are C/C homozygosis, A/A homozygosis and A/C heterozygosis. The nitrite resistance of the litopenaeus vannamei with C/C homozygous genotype is remarkably higher than that of the litopenaeus vannamei with A/A homozygous and A/C heterozygous genotypes. According to the invention, the SNP marker related to the anti-nitrite character of the litopenaeus vannamei is explored, and a method for molecular marker-assisted anti-nitrite breeding of the litopenaeus vannamei is established by applying the marker, so that the breeding process of an excellent anti-nitrite variety of the litopenaeus vannamei is accelerated.
