Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fluorophosphate-based red fluorescent material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorophosphate-based red fluorescent material has a chemical composition as shown in a formula (1): K2 + 2xCa1-y-xEuyPO4F (1), 2 + 2x represents the mole fraction of the K element, y represents the mole fraction of the Eu element, 1-y-x represents the mole fraction of the Ca element, x is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.2, and y is more than or equal to 0.005 and less than or equal to 0.02. The fluorophosphate-based red fluorescent material emits red fluorescence with the strongest emission peak at the wavelength of 660 nm under the excitation of light with the wave band of 300-470 nm. 本发明公开了一种氟磷酸盐基红色荧光材料及其制备方法和应用。该氟磷酸盐基红色荧光材料具有如式(1)所示的化学组成:K2+2xCa1-y-xEuyPO4F(1),其中,2+2x表示K元素的摩尔分数,y为Eu元素的摩尔分数,1-y-x表示Ca元素的摩尔分数,0≤x≤0.2,0.005≤y≤0.02。该氟磷酸盐基红色荧光材料在300~470nm波段光的激发下,发射出最强发射峰位于波长为660nm处的红色荧光。
