Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses bio-based LED (light-emitting diode) light-cured top pencil paint as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The bio-based LED light-cured top pencil paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 27%-40% of epoxy acrylate, 12%-15% of epoxidized soybean oil acrylate, 8%-30% of bifunctional polyurethane acrylate, 10%-20% of dipropylene glycol diacrylate, 0.2%-0.5% of fumed silica, 10%-20% of inorganic filler, 5%-10% of a photoinitiator and 0.5%-1% of an auxiliary agent. The pencil paint meets the requirements of related laws and regulations of pencil paint export, has the bio-based carbon content of more than or equal to 15%, is cured by using an LED lamp, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, has high paint film flexibility, can be used for eyebrow pencils, and does not have the risk of sinking.
