The diphenyl triazine compound does not have a PGI2 skeleton, has very strong selectivity and affinity to a PGI2 receptor, and has good target spot selectivity compared with a PGI2 analogue. Experiments prove that the in-vivo efficacy of the compound is superior to that of selexipag, and the toxicity of the compound is far lower than that of the selexipag, so that the compound can be used as a pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment medicine with higher clinical value and development prospect.
