In the preparation process, the firing system and the oxidizing atmosphere are controlled, the microstructure of a glaze layer and the crystallization behavior of iron oxide are regulated and controlled, a large number of metastable-state epsilon-Fe2O3 crystals are separated out at specific positions in the glaze, the crystals are of a pinniform structure and are main coloring agents for iron-rich glaze color enhancement, the larger crystal structure is composed of a plurality of comb-shaped branches, and the average particle size of the crystals is larger than that of the comb-shaped branches. Epsilon-Fe2O3 crystals separated out from the surface of the glaze layer are orderly in orientation arrangement, so that the crystals re
