Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a full-biodegradable multi-layer mulching film and a preparation method thereof. The multi-layer mulching film comprises an anti-aging layer and a barrier layer, the anti-aging layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-40 parts of PGA, 60-90 parts of PBAT, 0.3-1 part of a chain extender, 0.3-1 part of an ultraviolet light absorber and 0.3-1 part of a lubricant, and the total parts of PGA and PBAT are 100; the barrier layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-95 parts of PGA, 5-30 parts of PBAT, 0.3-1 part of a chain extender and 0.3-1 part of a lubricant, and the total parts of PGA and PBAT are 100. Compared with the prior art, the multi-layer mulching film comprises the anti-aging layer and the blocking layer, the anti-aging layer provides flexibility, toughness and anti-aging performance, the blocking layer provides water vapor blocking performance, and therefore the mulching film product which is excellent in water vapor blocking performance,
