Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of coating of coatings of cold-rolled color-coated coiled plates, and relates to a one-time coating production method of a coating with the back paint thickness of 14-15 microns, which realizes one-time coating operation of the back paint with the thickness of 14-15 microns on the cold-rolled color-coated coiled plates. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the back paint with the paint viscosity of 118s-138s and the solid content of 64%-70%; and adding a diluent into the back paint, stirring, and adjusting the paint viscosity of the back paint to 100s. A substrate to be coated with back paint is prepared. The temperature of the substrate is 200 DEG C to 250 DEG C. A back paint coating machine is adopted for carrying out back paint coating operation on the base plate, the diameter of a coating roller and the diameter of a material lifting roller of the back paint coating machine are 320 mm, the rotating speed of the coating ro
