Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of physiotherapy instruments, and provides a physiotherapy instrument which comprises a shell, a light-transmitting part, a light-emitting device and a sealing part. The shell is provided with a containing cavity and a mounting opening communicated with the containing cavity. The light-transmitting part is located in the containing cavity and is close to the mounting opening. The light-emitting device is arranged in the containing cavity and used for emitting light towards the light-transmitting piece. The sealing piece comprises a first sealing part arranged around the mounting opening, and the first sealing part seals a gap between the light-transmitting piece and the shell.
