Zusammenfassung:A solid electrolytic capacitor element included in a solid electrolytic capacitor includes an anode foil including an Al element and including a porous portion at least in a surface layer, a dielectric layer covering at least a portion of a surface of the anode foil, and a solid electrolyte covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The solid electrolyte contains element S, and the anode foil having the dielectric layer has a first portion filled in the pores of the porous portion and a second portion protruding from the main surface of the anode foil having the dielectric layer.
