Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for predicting the hydrogen content of molten steel in the VD refining process, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy. According to the dehydrogenation thermodynamic principle, the hydrogen content of the molten steel during balance is calculated by utilizing the obtained VD process parameters; the method comprises the following steps: establishing a gas-liquid reaction model by combining an ideal gas state equation on the basis of a degassing dynamics principle in the VD refining process, and predicting the hydrogen content of the molten steel in the VD refining process by utilizing the gas-liquid reaction model according to VD process parameters and the hydrogen content of the molten steel during balancing, so as to obtain a predicted value of the hydrogen content of the molten steel at an end point moment of a current time period.
