The invention provides a new primary winding and secondary winding structure of the up-flow transformer, meanwhile, the modeling and design method considers the characteristics of constant-current output and large-current low-resistance load of the up-flow transformer during tripping test of a low-voltage circuit breaker, and core window parameters of the up-flow transformer are optimized based on a fixed window area and a Lagrange multiplier method.
