The method comprises the following steps: detecting water quality parameters in real time; carrying out digital processing on the acquired data; cleaning, fusing and analyzing the collected data in a control center to generate an analysis report; transmitting the processed data to a data center or a mobile terminal through a wireless network; data from all monitoring points are received, stored and analyzed, and the functions of data query, report generation and early warning are provided. Water quality data are monitored in real time through the data center, and the water quality condition is known; the water quality data is deeply analyzed by utilizing data analysis provided by sensor detection, and the water quality condition is evaluated; and when the water quality parameter exceeds a preset threshold value, the system automatically triggers an early warning and alarming mechanism to timely inform related personnel to proces
