Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine component analysis, in particular to a method for separating and detecting chemical components in liquorice and application of the method. The separation and detection method provided by the invention is based on an off-line three-dimensional liquid chromatographic separation system and a high-resolution mass spectrum combined technology, and various chemical components in liquorice can be effectively separated and detected by using chromatographic columns with different separation mechanisms, a specific mobile phase and a specific elution mode; therefore, the method can be used for deep characterization and identification of chemical components in licorice roots from different plant sources. 本发明关于中药成分分析技术领域,尤其涉及一种甘草中化学成分的分离检测方法及其应用。本发明所提供的分离检测方法基于离线三维液相色谱分离系统与高分辨质谱联用技术,通过使用分离机制不同的色谱柱以及特定的流动相和洗脱方式,能够使甘草中多种化学成分得以有效分离和检测,从而能够用于不同植物来源的甘草中化学成分的深度表征与鉴别。
