The method comprises the steps that a to-be-detected galvanized steel wire is pretreated to obtain a pretreated steel wire, the pretreatment comprises first cutting of the to-be-detected galvanized steel wire in the extension direction of the to-be-detected galvanized steel wire to expose a to-be-sampled surface, and the to-be-sampled surface is provided with a core wire surface and a plating surface; setting a sampling area on a to-be-sampled surface of the pretreated steel wire, and grooving the sampling area by adopting a focused ion beam to obtain a sample piece connected with a pretreated steel wire matrix; taking out the sample piece, and fixing the sample piece on a detection substrate; the sample piece fixed to the detection substrate is thinned, then detection analysis is conducted, and detection is completed; by adopting the in-situ s |
