Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a crack size measurement method based on image processing, and relates to the field of image vision measurement and deformation monitoring. Comprising the following steps: acquiring a crack image with target points arranged around a crack; carrying out binarization processing; a processed crack image is obtained; carrying out orthographic transformation and reduction transformation on the processed crack image; obtaining all contour lines in the crack image, and carrying out sorting statistics on all contour lines based on a length threshold value set by a user; carrying out maximum width measurement and length measurement on each crack region; and multiplying the crack position, the crack length and the maximum width of the crack by the scaling parameter to obtain the real size of the crack in the actual coordinate system. According to the invention, high-efficiency, low-cost, real-time, non-contact, high-precision and automatic ground fracture size measurement can be realized.
