The electric control buffering assembly comprises a magnetic piston, a recovery buffering electromagnetic coil and a compression buffering electromagnetic coil. The magnetic piston is arranged at the lower end of the piston rod; the recovery buffer electromagnetic coil and the compression buffer electromagnetic coil are arranged outside the shock absorber; in the initial state, the magnetic piston is located between the recovery buffering electromagnetic coil and the compression buffering electromagnetic coil.
