The invention discloses a novel automobile brake adjusting plunger pump structure. The plunger pump comprises a shell, a pump front body, a pump sleeve, a plunger assembly, a plunger and an eccentric bearing. A pump sleeve is installed in an inner cavity of the plunger pump shell in a sealed mode, the inner cavity is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity which are coaxially communicated through the pump sleeve, the plunger pump shell corresponding to the front cavity is provided with an oil outlet, the plunger pump shell corresponding to the rear cavity is provided with an oil inlet, and the front cavity and the rear cavity are communicated with the oil outlet and the oil inlet respectively.
