The invention discloses a mixing pile mechanical drill bit anti-falling device which comprises a drill bit body and a mounting head used for limiting the top of the drill bit body and further comprises a first clamping unit, a second clamping unit, a third clamping unit, a fourth clamping unit and a third clamping unit, and the first clamping unit comprises a sleeve arranged at the position, close to the edge, of the lower end of the mounting head and used for containing the upper portion of the drill bit body; the first clamping assembly is arranged in the sleeve and used for conducting angle limiting on a drill bit; the second clamping unit comprises a second clamping assembly which is arranged on the outer side of the drill bit body in an up-down sliding mode and used for being inserted into the first clamping assembly to lock the drill bit body, and an outer hexagonal groove which is formed in the outer side of the drill bit body and used for guiding and limiting movement of the second clamping assembly.
