The aluminum alloy material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.7%-0.9% of magnesium, 0.7%-1.0% of silicon, 0.4%-0.6% of manganese, 0.2%-0.4% of iron, 0.06%-0.2% of rare earth La and the balance of Al.
