Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for rapidly preparing an epoxy composite material through underwater frontier polymerization and application of the method, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on BADGE, EOM, CE and IOC-8SbF6 to prepare a component A; (2) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the BADGE, the EOM, the CE, the TPED and the CuCl2. H2O to prepare a component B; (3) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B, adding carbon fibers, fumed silica, cement and quartz sand, and mechanically stirring until the mixture is uniform, so as to prepare epoxy premixed slurry; (4) injecting the epoxy premixed slurry into an underwater bonded material interface or a mold by adopting an injector; and (5) exciting at one end of the epoxy premixed slurry, and irradiating by adopting a UV lamp until polymerization begins.
