H2O to prepare a component B; (3) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B, adding carbon fibers, fumed silica, cement and quartz sand, and mechanically stirring until the mixture is uniform, so as to prepare epoxy premixed slurry; (4) injecting the epoxy premixed slurry into an underwater bonded material interface or a mold by adopting an injector; and (5) exciting at one end of the epoxy premixed slurry, and irradiating by adopting a UV lamp until polymerization begins.
