Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of research and development of low-temperature curing polyester powder coatings, and discloses a preparation process and application of an ultralow-temperature curing polyester material, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: synthesizing a latent curing accelerator containing an imidazole group or a latent curing accelerator containing the imidazole group and a quaternary ammonium salt group; the preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying polyester resin by using a latent curing accelerator to prepare ultralow-temperature curing polyester resin; the ultralow-temperature cured polyester resin and the curing agent TGIC are uniformly mixed and then baked and cured at 130-160 DEG C for 10-20 min, and the ultralow-temperature cured polyester material is prepared. The invention provides a process for preparing ultralow-temperature cured polyester resin, an ultralow-temperature cured polyester material is prepared according to the pro
