The hydrogel material is prepared by mixing polyvinyl alcohol, borax, acrylic acid, Al < 3 + > salt, MXene and nickel particles and carrying out heat treatment on the obtained mixture. The hydrogel is simple in preparation process, has good self-healing performance, strain sensitivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, and has excellent application prospects in the fields of flexible wearable sensors and electromagnetic shielding.
