The core is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 10 to 20 parts of potassium chloride, 10 to 20 parts of diatomite, 50 to 80 parts of urea, 5 to 10 parts of sorbitol, 2 to 6 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 to 10 parts of yeast powder, 1 to 3 parts of seaweed essence and 0.02 to 0.06 part of microbial agent. The preparation method of the coated slow-release fertilizer comprises the following steps: (1) drying and polishing the granulated fertilizer in a rotary drum dryer until the average moisture content of the granulated fertilizer is 0.8%; and (2) atomizing the coating liquid on the surface of the granular fertilizer dried in the step (1), and curing to obtain the fertilizer.
